255 Guelph is Two Ten’s 3rd stage recovery home for men, that supports Recovery Capital, which allows further support through the journey of individuals recovery. Men are fully independent in this home and are responsible for upkeep on the home and daily duties. Resident’s must have and are attending a 12 Step program to and being fully employed or in school.
Rent is $900 + $200 utilities.
Damage deposit $550.
Admission Criteria for Residents of 255 Guelph Include:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Identify as male
- Having at least one year sobriety, free from any substances or alcohol
- Required to sign a 6 month lease agreement
- Independent living with own room and entire access to the house
- Fully furnished home, other than personal linen
- Must have full time employment or going to school and be able to pay rent on time
- Attend 5, 12 Step Meetings per week: AA/NA/CA/Welbriety
